Brief description of configuration：
● High intelligence-The control system has the machine vision function. Through the software analysis of the pictures taken by the camera, the type of incoming materials can be identified, and the material posture and location information can be obtained, to guide the grasping manipulator (robot) to accurately pick materials. The system can be compatible with multiple cameras to expand visual detection, screening and other functions, and can also access other types of sensors.
● High informatization-The system can store the material information (bar code), process parameters, production information, fault information and other data required in the production quality management in the working process, and provide rich data transmission interfaces.
● High extensibility-It has a set of intelligent control software system based on windows environment, which can configure corresponding processes according to the process requirements of different products, such as laser engraving, dispensing, screw locking, hot melting, labeling, and packing. It is also easy to switch between different products.
● High cost performance-The whole set of equipment adopts advanced technologies such as machine vision, multi-axis interpolation motion and configuration process, integrated. Thanks to the self-owned core technology, the price of equipment is only half of the normal price in the industry. With the progress of technology and the growth of the market, the cost will be further reduced.
● Simple and easy to use-The equipment adopts integrated design, which is easy to move and install. Due to one key reset, and one key start, it is easy to operate.
